NiniTaxBot carries his name in his honor. It's built for the people who do the work he did, so they can spend tax season on the judgment and care their clients count on, not on retyping numbers.

What we're building
NiniTaxBot is AI document intake for CPA firms. Clients upload tax documents to a secure portal; AI classifies them and extracts their data; and your team reviews and approves in a queue. It is designed to work with Canopy (in pilot testing), and Lacerte, UltraTax CS and Drake exports are coming soon.
What we believe
- Professionals stay in charge. NiniTaxBot doesn't prepare returns or calculate taxes, and nothing leaves it without review.
- Client data deserves care. Encrypted storage and firm-level isolation at the database level are part of the design from the start.
- Build with the people who use it. That's why we're starting with a pilot alongside CPA firms in February 2027.
