Turn tax season into planning conversations
For CPAs who are also financial advisors. After NiniTaxBot reads a client's tax documents and your team confirms the values, it drafts a plain-language return summary and flags planning topics worth discussing (rollovers, retirement timing, 1031 exchanges, Roth conversion windows and more). Each flag cites the form and line it came from.
It's an optional add-on for cross-selling, built on NiniTaxBot's core tax document workflow: AI reads the documents, your team confirms them, and the return proceeds as usual.
From uploaded documents to a reviewed opportunity list
Client uploads
Clients upload W-2s, 1099s, K-1s and other documents through the secure portal, or your team scans them in.
AI reads the documents
NiniTaxBot pulls out the values box by box and records the source document, form and line for each one.
CPA confirms
Your team confirms each value in the review queue. Alerts only use confirmed values.
Opportunity alerts
If the client has signed §7216 consent, you get a return summary plus high, medium and low alerts to review before the client meeting.

Opportunities to discuss

The rule library: 78 rules in 10 groups (planned)
Examples: RMD age, SEP / Solo 401(k) for business owners, Roth conversion windows, donor-advised funds, qualified charitable distributions, catch-up contributions. Some rules depend on forms that are not supported yet.
Estimate what better planning conversations could be worth
Most firms already have the tax data, but planning topics are easy to miss during a busy season. Move the sliders to try your own assumptions.
Example only. The defaults are placeholder assumptions, not benchmarks.
Consent first. CPA review always.
- IRC §7216 consent required. The client must sign a §7216 consent before their return information is used for any service other than tax preparation. Without consent, no alerts are generated.
- The CPA reviews every alert. Alerts are internal suggestions for the firm only. They aren't conclusions.
- Nothing goes to the client without your approval. Alerts and summaries never appear in the client portal or in exports.
- Not investment advice. Alerts are topics to discuss. NiniTaxBot does not recommend securities or give investment, tax or legal advice. Any advice comes from appropriately licensed professionals.
- Status: in development / coming soon. Features, rules and the design may change before release.
